X37/X38 express rush hour service restored between Brooklyn and Midtown Manhattan

To speed your trip, the X37/X38 provide morning rush hour service to Midtown and afternoon rush hour service to Brooklyn via the FDR Drive and East 23 St.

The X37/X38 replace the X27B/X28B, which have been discontinued. Riders going to/from the World Financial Center area should take the X27/X28 on Church St (Uptown) or on Broadway (Brooklyn-bound).

X27/ X28 Downtown service
Some X27/X28 buses provide rush hour service to and from 23 St.
Alternate X27/X28 rush hour trips are shorter, terminating at Church St/Duane St and starting at Broadway/Thomas St.

X27/X28 non-rush hour service is unchanged.

The X37/X38 operate during the following hours:
X37 X37/X38 bus stops in Manhattan:
To Midtown: Arrives at 57 St between
7:00 AM and 10:00 AM
To Brooklyn: Leaves 57 St between 4:00 PM and 6:30 PM		 The X37 and X38 make all X27/X28 stops north of E. 23 St; and on E. 23 St at Park Av S, 3 Av, 2 Av, 1 Av.
For rush-hour service to or from stops below 23 St,
take the X27 or X28.
 
X38 X37/X38 bus stops in Brooklyn:
The X37 serves all X27 bus stops and the X38 serves
all X28 bus stops
To Midtown: Arrives at 57 St between
7:30 AM and 10:00 AM
To Brooklyn: Leaves 57 St between 4:00 PM and 6:10 PM
