Take the Hudson, Harlem or New Haven Line to Grand Central Terminal. From there take the 42nd Street Shuttle (S) or 7 train to Times Square and walk 2 blocks to 44th Street or exit on 42nd Street and walk west to Times Square and 44th Street.
